Standard hourly rate               $45.00

Monthly retainer rate- 10 prepaid hours     $400

Rush fee   +15%

Transcription Rate   $145/audio hour (based on one or two people on the recording); please contact us for a detailed quote

• Page rates, piece rates, and project rates are also available.

A brief word on payments:

Returned item, insufficient fund or other fees that our bank (currently $35 returned item fee and $10 handling fee) may charge us will be invoiced to you for immediate payment.
